- 30-Minute Introduction: Begin with a detailed overview of the technique of calm meditation and its principles, focusing on the use of breath to develop stability of attention and clarity of introspection. This session is designed to give you a solid foundation without being too technical.
- 20-Minute Guided Meditation: Practice what you’ve learned with a guided meditation session. This hands-on experience will help you become familiar with the method and develop an experiential understanding of mindfulness and concentration. You will also gain a deeper understanding of how the average human mind works.
- 40-Minute Live Q&A: Engage in an interactive session where you can ask questions and receive personalized guidance. This segment allows you to clarify doubts, share experiences, and gain insights from the instructor and fellow participants.
